About Paperless VA

Paperless VA was established in January of 2013 and has provided bookkeeping, payroll and virtual assistant services to clients across the United States and beyond.


We provide complete, individualized bookkeeping, payroll and financial services to individuals and companies, specializing in professional coaches and construction contractors. All work is done remotely, using online software, so you always have access to your information in real-time, 24/7. All financial information is shared using bank-level encryption. 


The goal of Paperless VA is to provide timely, accurate and professional bookkeeping services, and assist business owners to "free up time to do what you do best". Bookkeeping and financials are the ideal tasks to outsource, as they can be as hands-on (or off!) as you prefer!


We work closely with your current CPA or Tax Professional, or I'm happy to refer clients to the accountants I already work with for attestation and income tax services.


The name "Paperless VA" came about as we've worked to become a paper-free, energy efficient, environmentally sustainable business.

About Linda Hansen


Linda and her husband, Dan, and their four dogs, six chickens, three parakeets, and two miniature donkeys live near the beautiful Northern California Redwoods. They also have four grown children and eight grandchildren, and enjoy spending time with friends and family, painting and crafting, hikes in the woods, music and road trips. Linda volunteers her time and skills on the Telegraph Ridge Fire Protection District Board and acts as bookkeeper for a small stipend. Dan is in a band called "The Breakers, SC" who perform for many local fundraisers, as well as at pubs and restaurants in SoHum.

Linda has 10+ years of owning and managing her own bookkeeping firm, and over 20 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience. She is a Certified Quickbooks Online Pro-Advisor, Xero Accounting advisor, and Gusto Payroll partner. She also has extensive experience in Project Management, Payroll and HR Management, Social Media Marketing and Website Design and Development.
